Nowadays, people love to use video cameras.  What used to be an area where photographs dominated people use video cameras. But that does not imply that photography is a dying art.  No, it still is one of the biggest hobbies around.Photography will not die because it is considered an art to take shots and put it into still photos.  You can really capture moments with great photographs. So here are some tips on capturing moments with your camera.

First thing to learn is to have great anticipation.Anticipation is the key in taking shots, for example, of candid photos. That has been one of the secrets of taking great photographs as a San Diego photographer.  Because when you know how to anticipate then you can be more proactive rather than reactive. What I mean is that instead of reacting to the events happening around you would instead be more involved in the happenings.  Because when you just react to moments you can miss them so easily.  When you can anticipate you can take great shots.

Another thing you want to do is positioning. What I mean by that is if you are taking pictures of big scenes you need to be in a good position.  As a San Diego wedding photographer you have to always be in a good position.Because if you are out of position then your shots would not be great.People may block your subjects.Or you can also have objects block your view.Finding a great position would lead to great shots.

Lastly, you should know the schedule of the events that would happen.  This has been key in my San Diego event photography business.  Because knowing when the events would happen you can get ready to take photos.  Because when you don’t know what is going on you can miss great photographs so easily.

So those are a couple of tips to taking better photos. If you can notice these tips are not leaning on the technical side of taking photos.  They are more for the artistic part of taking photos.
